What's involved?

This bit is easy! You've spoken to us and are all booked in. Time is tight, running late can throw all appointments out of sync after you so please turn up exactly on the time- you can always toilet them first up and down our road.

Please make sure your pet is dry (in case we need to clip bits first) and of course your pet will also be in fit and healthy condition. We expect you to of brushed and cared for your pet in advance unless you have contacted us first with any concerns you may have.

We normally need an hour and half to two hours each pet, more if its the first appointment. We then get to work after a short few questions on health and you have signed our consent form. We bath ALL dogs now and don't offer a non-bath clip style anymore as the oils in the dogs coat stick to our clipper blades which are expensive to maintain.

Ears are cleaned or plucked, nails are trimmed if needed, full bath and dry, styled and job done! We even empty anal glands on dogs with issues that require this.

We will call you or text with an approximate time of collection.

On busy days you can drop them off first thing and leave them with us all day if preferred, and we will work on them on their pre-booked time or earlier if we are doing well.

Sorry our insurance does not cover you staying and watching the groom - to be fair they tend to be more jumpy with an audience.
